Malcolm focuses on advising telecommunication companies and large enterprise clients on how to architect, build, and operate NGN and cloud platforms. Malcolm has more than 18 years in the IT industry, of which the past 5 years he has spent at Cisco involved in architecting and delivering complex solutions to various clients. He currently is the lead architect for a number of Tier 1 public cloud projects within Cisco.
